Evidence Vault
Your career lives everywhere. Your evidence should not.
A CV records outcomes. It rarely preserves the invitation, source, selectivity, adoption, chronology, or independent context that makes an achievement credible. Eminra is designed to preserve the record behind the line item.

Questions worth asking.
Understand the pathway, the evidence plan, and the boundary between organization and legal advice.
Is Eminra a law firm?
No. Eminra is career-evidence software and an educational strategy service. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, filing services, or approval predictions.
Is the platform available today?
The platform shown on this site is a private-beta product preview. Early sessions help professionals organize their evidence now and shape the product responsibly.
Who is Eminra designed for?
Eminra is initially designed for researchers, engineers, technical founders, and senior technology professionals exploring O-1A or EB-1A pathways.
Why do professionals consider O-1A?
O-1A has no annual numerical cap, may be approved for up to three years initially, supports premium processing for eligible petitions, and can accommodate qualifying agent arrangements. It also carries a high evidentiary standard and is a temporary work classification—not a green card.
Does meeting three O-1A criteria guarantee approval?
No. Three criteria may satisfy the initial evidence threshold, but USCIS then evaluates the quality and totality of the record against the O-1A extraordinary-ability standard. Category coverage is not an approval score.
Can I file an O-1A petition for myself?
An O-1 beneficiary cannot personally self-petition. A U.S. employer or qualifying U.S. agent files Form I-129. USCIS guidance also recognizes that a separate legal entity owned by the beneficiary may petition on the beneficiary's behalf when the requirements are met.
What is a practical O-1A evidence plan?
Start by defining the field, proposed U.S. work, petitioner, and timeline with counsel. Then inventory each achievement and source, strengthen missing proof of selectivity and impact, and prepare a structured evidence index for legal review. Continue preserving new recognition as your career develops.
What happens in the $50 session?
We review how your professional evidence is currently organized, identify source and corroboration gaps, demonstrate Eminra, and send a concise evidence-organization roadmap within one business day.
Do I upload immigration documents?
No. The launch website does not accept file uploads. Do not send passports, A-numbers, immigration records, or confidential employer documents through booking or chat.
Can I share an Eminra record with an attorney?
Advisor sharing and structured evidence exports are planned private-beta capabilities intended to support professional review—not replace it.
