Cancellation and Rescheduling
This policy applies to the $50 Eminra Evidence Strategy Session.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge when the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Use the rescheduling link in the Calendly invitation or email hello@eminra.com.
Cancellations at least 24 hours beforehand
A cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time is eligible for a full refund of the session price. Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and missed appointments are not refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Eminra determines that exceptional circumstances warrant an exception.
If Eminra cancels
If Eminra must cancel, you may choose priority rescheduling or a full refund. You will not be charged an additional rescheduling fee.
Refund timing
Eminra will initiate an approved refund promptly through Stripe. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the original payment method and financial institution.
