These terms govern use of the Eminra website, candidate portal, add-on services, and educational Evidence Strategy Session.
Educational service
Eminra provides career-evidence organization software, project-management workspaces, educational resources, and non-legal professional services. Eminra is not a law firm, does not represent you before any government agency, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
No legal, financial, or tax advice
Nothing on this site or in an Eminra session is legal, immigration, financial, or tax advice. Do not rely on the site to choose a visa classification, determine eligibility, prepare or file a petition, calculate a deadline, or predict an outcome. Consult appropriately licensed professionals.
Product-preview status
Interfaces labeled product preview, private beta, or planned demonstrate intended product direction. They are not commitments that a feature is currently available or will launch on a particular date.
Accounts
You must register and maintain an active session before purchasing add-on services, accessing project records, or booking an appointment. You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your password, avoid sharing your account, and notify Eminra if you believe the account has been compromised. Eminra may restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, unauthorized automation, or unlawful activity.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, respect intellectual-property and confidentiality obligations, submit only files that you have the right to share, and avoid submitting sensitive or prohibited information identified in our Privacy Policy.
Payments and purchased services
Prices, currency, included deliverables, timelines, and revision limits are shown before checkout. Stripe processes card payments and may calculate applicable tax when enabled. A purchased-service project is created only after Eminra verifies the successful provider webhook. Refund eligibility for an add-on service depends on the service state, work already performed, and applicable law; the separate Cancellation Policy governs the $50 Evidence Strategy Session.
No guaranteed outcomes
Eminra does not guarantee visa eligibility, petition approval, professional recognition, citations, awards, press, publications, judging opportunities, employment, fundraising, or any other career or legal outcome.
Intellectual property
The Eminra name, site design, product-preview interface, original copy, and associated materials are owned by Eminra or used with permission. You may use public resources for personal, non-commercial learning but may not reproduce the product or sell the materials without written permission.
Availability and changes
The website, portal, storage, payment, scheduling, and communication integrations may change or experience downtime. Eminra may update these terms, features, availability, or pricing prospectively without altering a completed purchase retroactively.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eminra is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on educational content, third-party services, or an interruption outside Eminra’s reasonable control. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
